Job Summary
Role Summary:
Handle day to day Tasks Incidents and Remediation activities related to ServiceNow HAM.
Ensure SLAs are consistently met for all HAM related tickets.
Provide L2/L3 technical support for asset and inventory issues.
Monitor and manage the dedicated HAM operations mailbox responding to asset related queries within agreed timelines.
Work closely with vendor partners to: Track devices coordinate device return or correction Ensure assets are updated accurately in ServiceNow
Escalate vendor or operational issues to the HAM Manager when required.
Maintain a complete accurate and up to date technology asset inventory in ServiceNow.
Handle ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) field updates and correct records when errors occur.
Perform detailed analysis of asset data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Execute full remediation activities for asset data discrepancies and failures.
Ensure asset lifecycle stages are correctly maintained (procurement to retirement).
Perform minor development and enhancement activities related to HAM.
Work on user stories defect fixes and configuration changes.
Support configuration changes without impacting production stability.
Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis (RCA).
Ensure asset normalization and data consistency standards are followed.
Support audit and compliance activities related to HAM data.
Document solutions and create/update knowledge articles as required
