We are currently looking for a Chinese Restaurant Manager:

As a Chinese Restaurant Manager We rely on you to:
作为中餐厅经理我们希望您承担以下职责
Maximize team service management and performance.
Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service /cleanliness of sections appointed.
Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers.
Ensure effective communication within sections appointed and with other divisions.
Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
Update the log book for respective section and submit to division head daily.
Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate.
Ensures that staff applies the necessary precautions with regards to the SFSMS standards.

We are looking for someone who has:
候选人应具备以下能力
Has good organizational skills
Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Enjoys interacting with people
Mature and has good logic.
Displays initiative.
