We are currently looking for a Service Manager- Assistant Life & Fire Safety Manager to join our team.

As a Service Manager- Assistant Life & Fire Safety Manager we rely on you to:

• Equipment maintenance: Regularly inspect test and maintain fire protection facilities (such as fire extinguishers spray systems smoke alarms emergency lighting etc.) to ensure that they are in normal condition.
• System monitoring: Supervise the daily operation of the fire control center ensure the effective operation of the fire alarm system evacuation broadcast system etc. 24 hours a day.
• Compliance inspection: Ensure that the hotel complies with national and local fire code requirements and assist in passing regular inspection by the fire department.
• Lead the preparation of emergency plans for fires natural disasters and other emergencies and clarify evacuation routes and rescue procedures.
• Employee training: Conduct fire safety knowledge training for new and old employees (such as fire extinguisher use first aid skills etc.).
• Construction supervision: Supervision of fire prevention measures in renovation or construction (e.g. hot work permit system).

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Excellent presenter and communicator
• Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
• Preferably has a Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a similar role
• Understands the global market and local environment
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong interpersonal skills
