Key Accountabilities
参加各类学习和培训不断提高自身能力并顺利通过考核达到专家顾问型要求
辅导销售和TS提升专业技术能力帮助他们通过各类考核确保结果达标
负责重点客户和重点项目的现场服务保质保量提供服务报告和反馈不得出现因本人技术服务因素而导致的投诉
协助销售和经销商进行重要项目的招投标工作负责编制和提供日常技术文件
协助销售和经销商处理投诉24小时内对投诉做出反馈72小时给出解决方案配合其他部门完成对产品的改进和测试
必须按时提交各类日常报告包括工作日志月报告项目服务报告用量监控表等
现场服务100%安全符合公司SSHE准则
Key Activities

Experience
熟悉Word/PPT/Excel等办公软件
有10年以上的装饰漆防腐漆或地坪漆的现场服务经验有防腐漆经验者优先
有NACE II等专业证书者优先
优秀的沟通能力和解决问题能力有独立技术答辩能力和独立组织并参与技术交流的能力
有一定的装饰漆防腐漆或地坪漆各种效果的动手能力有防腐漆动手能力者优先
有丰富的技术培训产品推广项目投标经验
工民建或化工相关专业专科以上学历有本科学历者优先
有基本的英文读写能力
