Graham is actively recruiting for a Document Control Coordinator to support the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Project Manager this role plays a key part in supporting project teams by receiving managing tracking maintaining and distributing project documentation. The successful candidate will bring junior to seniorlevel experience in document control ideally within a general contracting engineering or consulting environment on major infrastructure projects.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

  • Set up manage and maintain the Project Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) including master document registries revision control and document distribution using InEight.
  • Receive review process and transmit project documentation from clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Align document control processes with project and contractual obligations including managing submittals document deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Develop maintain and distribute document control reports (e.g. document status outstanding information weekly reports) to support project teams.
  • Train and support project teams in the effective use of document control systems while maintaining clear communication with Quality Scheduling and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle including turnover and closeout

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Postsecondary education in Business Administration Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 4-10 years of document control experience within a general contracting engineering or consulting environment ideally supporting large and complex construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency with electronic document management systems (EDMS) with experience in InEight and/or Unifier considered an asset

Compensation

  • Salary Range $75000 to $85000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation with additional credit for prior industry experience
