Pay Rate: CA$22.00 - CA$28.00 per hour
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Window & Door Coordinator / Office Clerk to support project coordination production scheduling and office administration activities. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience the ability to interpret construction drawings and strong communication skills. Experience within the construction manufacturing windows or doors industry is an asset.
Key Responsibilities-
Coordinate and monitor window and door production schedules.

Communicate with installers suppliers vendors and internal departments.

Review construction drawings blueprints shop drawings and project documentation.

Track project progress orders deliveries and material availability.

Follow up on outstanding items schedule changes and missing project information.

Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets project files and office records.

Assist with purchasing delivery coordination and general administrative tasks.

Ensure project information remains accurate organized and up to date.

Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration project coordination construction manufacturing or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings blueprints and shop drawings.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook and document management systems.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with occasional exposure to warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

2 3 years of related experience.

Experience in the windows doors construction or manufacturing industry.

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills.

Experience coordinating projects production schedules or deliveries.
