As a Senior Regulatory Product Manager - Product Management youll play a meaningful role in driving product strategy improving client experiences and enabling global growth.

Role Responsibilities -
- Detailed analysis to develop regulatory reporting improvements and key product features for AxiomSL FinReg product.
- Participate in project and program teams from initial build through delivery ensuring products are fully developed and ready for customer use.
- Analyze regulatory updates and address issues during build and planning demonstrating solid understanding of product functionality.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates and insights to functional leaders.
- Collaborate with engineers QA teams and senior product leads to define product requirements and specifications.
- Engage with customers to identify needs propose solutions and recognize new market opportunities driven by evolving regulatory landscapes.
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
- Proven experience in technology or financial services.
- Knowledge interpretation of financial regulation documents.
- Knowledge of the AxiomSL product.
- B2B Product Management experience for fintech products.
- Proficiency in SQL Python and data visualization tools.
- Experience Level of 8 to 10 years
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Finance or a related field.
It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)
- Analytical problem-solver adept at navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder alignment.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel III CCAR) and financial data.
- Prior background in the FinTech RegTech or banking sectors.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum processes across distributed global teams.
