The opportunity

As an Account Coordinator within EYs Clients & Industries team you will support account teams in delivering highquality client service. This entrylevel role is ideal for graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in account operations and stakeholder coordination within a professional services environment.

You will work closely with Account Leaders and internal stakeholders to support daytoday account activities manage information accurately and ensure tasks are completed on doing so you will uphold EYs standards of quality confidentiality and integrity while contributing to a collaborative and highperforming team.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide daytoday operational and coordination support to assigned account teams
• Support Account Leaders with account administration reporting and information management
• Maintain accurate and uptodate account data in line with EY processes and standards
• Assist in organizing and translating account data into clear structured insights to support account strategy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across service lines and CBS functions
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
• Handle confidential information responsibly and in accordance with EY policies

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Curiosity about client businesses and an interest in understanding how EY supports its clients
• Ability to analyze and structure information to support clear account narratives
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and functions
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel
• A high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality and professional standards

Ideally youll also have

• A bachelors degree or be a recent graduate
• An interest in developing a career within a professional services environment
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow
