Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven European IT Staffing Lead to expand our Staff Augmentation business across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing opportunities sourcing high-quality IT professionals coordinating with clients and internal teams and successfully closing positions.
- Identify IT staffing and staff augmentation opportunities across Europe through job portals staffing platforms LinkedIn and partner networks.
- Source and recruit technology professionals from Europe as well as offshore markets including Pakistan India UAE and Egypt.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to interview coordination offer negotiation onboarding and placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies.
- Work closely with business development and delivery teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain relationships with candidates clients and staffing partners across Europe.
- Track recruitment KPIs and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment Staff Augmentation or Technology Staffing.
- Proven experience hiring for European clients or the European market.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter job portals Boolean search and networking.
- Experience recruiting software engineers AI/ML Data Cloud DevOps ERP QA Business Analysis and Project Management professionals.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against hiring targets.

Required Skills:
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role across multiple domains Strong expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) Experience in Data Architecture Data Engineering and Analytics platforms Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and frameworks Solid background in Software Engineering including microservices architecture and APIs Experience with Digital platforms customer experience solutions or front-end ecosystems Strong understanding of system integration security and scalability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Science or a related field.
