About the Role

As a Public Area Supervisor - Overnight (公眾地方督導 - 通宵更) you will be assisting with the overall presentation of public areas ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinateand superviseall subordinates in the Public Areas to ensure proper completion of all tasks.
• Maintainpublic areas and heart of the house areas in accordance with the policies standards and guidelinesestablished by the Hotel.
• Controlall equipment and suppliesissued and returns.
• Maintainpar stock on all supplies and parts.
• Take monthly inventory of all chemicals supplies and equipment.
• 協調並監督所有公衆地方清潔員 以確保正確完成所有工作
• 根據酒店政策標準及指示維持公衆地方及酒店範圍整潔
• 控制機器及補給品的發出及歸還
• 確保補給品的存貨量足夠
• 記錄清潔劑補給品及機器的每月貨存

About You

• Certification of related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacity.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 具相關課程證書
• 最少三年國際酒店品牌工作經驗
• 良好中文英文普通話溝通技巧
