Your new role

As Cleaning Supporter youll be part of establishing a new state-of-the-art fermentation facility from day one. Your expertise will shape how we design build and validate cleaning processes that ensure the highest quality for millions of patients worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in design reviews for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems implementing best-in-class design standards from across our facilities
• Executing qualification and validation of CIP processes ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
• Managing test activities and documentation to support both compliance and ongoing operations
• Conducting supplier inspections and collaborating closely with engineering partners and contractors
• Proactively managing project risks while fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the project team
• Developing new design approaches when needed while prioritizing proven solutions that work
• Ensuring all regulatory and authority requirements are met through clear documentation and procedures

In Global Manufacturing & Supply we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules processes devices and products dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

Youll join API Large Projects a newly established and growing area responsible for designing planning and building all major API expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. Were building multi-product facilities with state-of-the-art technology that showcase flexibility sustainability and world-class working environments. Together were setting the standards for the future and building facilities well still be proud of many decades from now. Based in Kalundborg youll work at the worlds largest insulin-producing facility where our 4400 colleagues produce half of the worlds insulin and serve more than 35 million people living with diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and collaborative energy to this exciting project. Youll need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience within Good Manufacturing Practice
• A bachelors degree (minimum) in chemistry pharmaceutical process engineering biology or a similar field

• It would be advantageous if you have knowledge and experience with design review and validation of CIP systems.

• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• The ability to thrive under pressure and meeting deadlines consistently
• Strong collaborative skills you naturally support teammates motivate others and help the team perform at their best
• Independent decision-making abilities and the drive to create structure clarity and direction within your area of expertise
