Job Summary
Do you want to play a key role in optimising production processes that help bring lifechanging medicines to patients worldwide As a Process Supporter you will drive improvements support operations and help secure robust efficient and compliant processes in a dynamic production environment.
Your new role
In this role you will contribute to the stability and performance of our production processes by supporting daytoday operations and driving improvements. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysing existing production processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Developing and implementing technical solutions that optimise flow reduce waste and increase capacity.
- Providing technical support to production teams and resolving operational challenges.
- Collaborating with Quality to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading or participating in crossfunctional projects that strengthen process performance and introduce new technologies.
The position is a 12-month temporary position.
Your new department
You will join M2 Recovery part of PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PSAPI) where we are responsible for the recovery steps of both insulin and GLP1. The department consists of approximately 260 dedicated colleagues working closely together to secure stable and efficient operations. Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role we imagine you bring:
- A masters degree within a STEM field (e.g. biology microbiology biotechnology etc.).
- 12 years of experience with process optimisation technical support or similar areas.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Advantageous: familiarity with GMP quality assurance systems knowledge of bioburden / microbiology or process management tools.
As a person you are proactive curious and motivated by improving processes. You thrive in a busy production environment and can prioritise effectively while maintaining a high-quality mindset.
