The position

You will join Global IT - IT Support Europe where we ensure stable and efficient IT services across the organization.

As a Senior IT Supporter you will be part of the onsite IT support team at our headquarters in Denmark. A central part of the role is supporting and maintaining meeting room and conference room technologies globally ensuring that collaboration tools AV equipment and video conferencing solutions function reliably for daily operations and business-critical meetings.

You will also play an important role in providing high-quality technical support for executive leadership meetings working closely with senior stakeholders and their assistants to ensure a seamless meeting experience.

In collaboration with global IT colleagues you will contribute to maintaining consistent standards for meeting room setups and collaboration technologies while delivering excellent end-user support worldwide.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Provide onsite IT support as part of the HQ IT support team assisting employees with technical issues and requests including pre-check of larger conference rooms prior to executive meetings.
  • Maintain support and troubleshoot meeting room and conference room technologies including AV and video conferencing systems in close collaboration with IT engineers suppliers and vendors
  • Deliver technical support for executive leadership meetings and business-critical events
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders and personal assistants to ensure meetings run smoothly from a technical perspective
  • Install configure and maintain end-user devices collaboration tools and workplace technologies
  • Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors to support standardized meeting room solutions
  • Ensure proper incident handling and documentation in line with IT service management processes

Your profile

We expect that you have:

  • Sense of urgency and attention to critical tasks with ability to prioritize assignments and issues
  • Strong technical experience with AV equipment video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies
  • Experience delivering onsite and remote IT service & support in a corporate environment
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams Windows environments and Microsoft 365 workplace tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Excellent service mindset and ability to work professionally with senior stakeholders
  • Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience within IT support
  • Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken
