WhatYoullDo
The SFS Solutions teamoperatesin a solutions architectcapacity partnering directly with sellers to help grow their business on Walmarts platform. The role blends sales consultative hunting and datadriven storytelling. This will includeanalyzing seller performanceidentifyingopportunities and presenting tailored packages of product-based solutions that improve fulfillment visibility and overall growth. By combining analytics with compelling presentations and a deep understanding of Walmarts ecosystem the team drives adoption of key services while delivering measurable results for sellers.
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Lead coordinate and oversee complexgrowthactivities and assignments
  • Develop andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders to align on business goals and customer needs
  • Drive accountability and measure progress toward program outcomes
  • Identifyrisks and improvement opportunitiesdemonstratingadaptability and continuous learning
  • Manage program plans timelines milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate updates and performance to senior leadership through regular reporting
Strategy & Analysis
  • Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results
  • Analyze KPIs trends ROI and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Conduct feasibility assessments gap analyses and develop business cases
  • Recommend process improvements and scalable solutions to enhance capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally to align strategy execution and outcomes
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive alignment
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build trust through clear communication
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues through structured root cause analysis

The annual salary range for this position is $91000.00 - $169000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
