Job Summary

Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $56600 - Midpoint: $73600 (Salaried E9)

Department/Organization:209401 - CELL

Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some nights and weekends as necessary.

Job Summary:The Continuing Education Program Manager conducts informational research. Coordinates materials instructors facilities and equipment. Identifies instructional needs. Establishes program objectives.

Additional Department Summary:Provides development and management services to organizations to ensure successful programs. Examples are continuing education programs including conferences symposia webinars association management and specialized training. The Continuing Education team integrates various business functions like Continuing Education approvals finance marketing registration lodging food and beverages and venues for clients.

Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree and four (4) years of education program development and administration experience; OR Masters degree and two (2) years of education program development and administration experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. drivers license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree and experience in the hospitality industry.
