What Youll Do...- Define and drive the vision strategy and roadmap for next-generation catalog platform capabilities
- Build scalable systems that power product data quality onboarding and lifecycle management across Walmarts ecosystem
- Enable seamless onboarding and integration of Marketplace catalogs onto Walmarts platform
- Partner cross-functionally to unlock new experiences and capabilities for sellers and customers
- Deliver high-impact platform features that improve discoverability compliance and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to lead complex product areas driving roadmap prioritization strategy and execution with senior stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional leadershipcollaborating with engineering business and operational teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience defining success metrics shaping go-to-market strategies and driving adoption at scale
- Deep customer focus with a track record of translating user pain points into innovative product solutions
- Analytical strengthable to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and champion data-driven decision making

The annual salary range for this position is $143000.00 - $286000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
