Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Platform Engineer/Admin to support and administer Informatica Data Quality and Informatica Data Integration Hub platforms in a 24x7 global environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience troubleshooting expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams including Developers Testers Network Engineers Linux Administrators Storage Engineers and Database Administrators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform installation configuration upgrade and ongoing administration of Informatica Data Quality and Informatica Data Integration Hub platforms.
Support Informatica environments in a 24x7 global production environment.
Collaborate with Developers Testers Network Engineers Linux Administrators Storage Engineers and Database Administrators.
Lead troubleshooting and problem management activities.
Analyze logs patterns and scenarios to isolate issues and drive investigations in the appropriate direction.
Support platform stability performance and operational excellence.
Perform Linux shell scripting activities as needed.
Assist with administration activities across Informatica platforms and related technologies.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related study and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry.
4 years of experience working as Administrator for Informatica Data Quality and/or Informatica Data Integration Hub platforms in a 24x7 global environment.
Experience with installation configuration upgrade and ongoing administration activities.
Intermediate level experience with Linux shell scripting.
Experience collaborating with Developers Testers Network Engineers Linux Administrators Storage Engineers and Database Administrators.
Excellent problem management and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead activities for isolating issues and steering investigations based on logs patterns and scenarios.
Experience administering Informatica PowerCenter.
Experience administering Informatica PowerExchange products.
