Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Center Representative to support clients and internal teams in a plastics manufacturing company. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries order processing and service requests ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone email or online platforms
- Assist customers with product information order placement and troubleshooting
- Process sales orders purchase requests and service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production logistics and sales teams to fulfill customer orders
- Track shipments inventory levels and delivery schedules
- Resolve customer complaints or issues escalating as necessary to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in company systems
- Provide product guidance including specifications availability and compatibility
- Assist in preparing reports on customer activity service requests and order status
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for service and customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 12 years of experience in customer service order processing or call center roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Experience with CRM ERP or order management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized
