Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Center Representative to support clients and internal teams in a plastics manufacturing company. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries order processing and service requests ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone email or online platforms
  • Assist customers with product information order placement and troubleshooting
  • Process sales orders purchase requests and service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with production logistics and sales teams to fulfill customer orders
  • Track shipments inventory levels and delivery schedules
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues escalating as necessary to management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in company systems
  • Provide product guidance including specifications availability and compatibility
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer activity service requests and order status
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for service and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 12 years of experience in customer service order processing or call center roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM ERP or order management software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and organized
