Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Center Representative to support daily operations in a real estate company. The ideal candidate will assist clients agents tenants and vendors by handling inquiries coordinating services resolving issues and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide support to buyers sellers tenants and real estate agents
- Schedule appointments inspections maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and company databases
- Assist with property-related documentation and service requests
- Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal departments
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Track service tickets and ensure completion of tasks
- Support leasing property management and transaction teams as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
