Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide information about company products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders processing payments and resolving any issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience working with hemp-based CBD products is a plus
