Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

NetApp is the only data infrastructure company with first-party and marketplace offerings across the three major hyperscalers AWS Azure and Google Cloud powering mission-critical and revenue-critical workloads across the Fortune 500 companies. The Marketplace Core team within NetApps public cloud storage division is responsible for building industry best-in-class infrastructure to drive our business on hyperscaler marketplaces across existing and new marketplace products.

We have a unique opportunity in the Marketplace Core team for a Product Manager who will build the rails that empower our marketplace business across the full customer lifecycle. You will be part of the team which owns the vision strategy and execution for building and scaling NetApps marketplace business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering GTM data science and UX to deliver robust scalable and customer-centric services that position our marketplace business for growth. Wherever possible you will find opportunities to reimagine the customer experience for simplicity and efficiency using an API-first bias and AI tools. This is a high-impact role for a product leader passionate about marketplaces and automation.

Job Requirements

• Define and articulate the product features strategy and roadmap for marketplace core aligning with NetApps business goals and customer needs.
• Own the full product lifecycle: ideation requirements gathering prioritization development launch iteration and growth.
• Partner with engineering data science and design teams to deliver high-quality scalable and resilient services.
• Develop and maintain a transparent prioritized product backlog; write detailed PRFAQ documents user stories and product requirements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and feature success; use data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
• Stay at the forefront of AI innovation agentic AI LLM orchestration RAG.
• Communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support customer onboarding adoption and value realization in partnership with GTM and Customer Success teams
• Experience in product management or related technical rolepreferably in a SaaS or cloud services company.
• Experience growing a business on the hyperscaler marketplaces is preferred.
• Strong experience in defining product roadmap authoring product requirements and launching cloud services.
• Ability to analyze data problem-solve analyze trade-offs and scope business requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering or Data Science or Information Systems along with an MBA or Masters degree with 8-12 years of relevant product management experience.
