The Adventure Ahead

As our Global Events Manager you wont just be managing venues; youll be the visionary behind legendary experiences that turn attendees into Docebo superfans. You will lead our most prestigious hosted events from high-stakes executive summits and global kickoffs to co-piloting our flagship user conference Inspire blending creative brand magic with data-driven demand. Your mission is to obsess over every touchpoint of the attendee journey ensuring every event we host isnt just a date on the calendar but a powerful catalyst for loyalty advocacy and measurable business growth.

The Day-to-Day

• Design the Experience: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Docebo-hosted events like RKO PKO and executive events while playing a lead role in our massive Inspire conference

• Bridge Brand and Demand: Create branded moments that strengthen Docebos market identity while simultaneously moving the needle on pipeline retention and ROI.

• Command the Room: Lead high-level cross-functional collaboration with Sales Marketing and Executive teams to ensure every event aligns perfectly with our global business goals.

• Master the Logistics: Drive the full project lifecycle from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to meticulous budget management and on-site run-of-show execution.

• Amplify the Message: Partner with the broader marketing team to fuel pre-event buzz across social email and paid channels to ensure packed houses and high engagement.

• Innovate with AI: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline your workflows automate the boring bits of planning and elevate the creative output of the entire events team.

• Analyze the Impact: Rigorously track performance metrics and deliver post-event insights that prove value and continuously raise the bar for what a Docebo Event looks like.

• The Experience Obsessive: You have 6 years of global event management experience specifically within the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS or high-tech.

• The Scale Specialist: Youve successfully navigated the complexities of planning and executing large-scale conferences for over 500 attendees.

• The Strategic Dreamer: You possess a portfolio of branded experiences that prove you think far beyond logistics to focus on brand expression and attendee emotion.

• The Project Powerhouse: You are a master of tools like Asana CVENT and Salesforce with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects across different time zones simultaneously.

• The Calm Amidst the Storm: You are a resourceful independent problem-solver who thrives under the pressure of live events and keeps a cool head when the unexpected happens.

• The Tech-Forward Planner: You have a genuine passion for using AI-powered workflows and modern tech stacks to make event planning smarter and more efficient.

• The Global Nomad: You are ready and willing to travel up to 30% of the time including evenings and weekends to bring the Docebo experience to life wherever its needed.
