This Role:As aDirector of Project Management you will have the opportunity to provide executive leadership over our commercial construction project portfolio. You will have full ownership of portfoliolevel project delivery and performance. Youll lead with autonomy accountability and a display sharp business mindset while partnering closely with executive leadership.

What Youll Do

• Owning thefull lifecycle performanceof multiple concurrent commercial construction projects
• Providingexecutivelevel oversightof schedule financial performance risk and profitability
• Establishing and enforcing consistentproject management standards and best practices
• Ensuring projects are deliveredsafely on time within budget and to quality expectations
• Partnering with Finance onWIP reporting forecasting and revenue projections
• Reviewing estimates bids and contracts to set projects up for success
• Serving as theexecutive point of contactfor key clients during construction
• Supporting preconstruction and business development efforts through pursuits and presentations
• Participating in directorlevel planning and strategic decisionmaking

Lead & Develop Teams

This role is about building people as much as delivering projects.

• Lead mentor and develop Project Executives Senior Project Managers Project Managers APMs and Project Engineers
• Promote a culture rooted inintegrity excellence teamwork and client focus
• Recruit develop and retain top project management talent aligned with right people right seats principles
• Establish clear expectations performance goals and development plans

• Deep knowledge ofcommercial construction delivery
• Strongfinancial and business acumenwith portfoliolevel oversight experience
• Proven executive leadership and teambuilding capability
• Confidence navigating complex projects risk and decisionmaking
• Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
• Experience working with project management and financial systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom outand roll up sleeves when needed
