Broadridge is seeking a Client Relations Administrator to support Bank and Broker clients within the Proxy business. This role combines client service operational problem-solving and cross-functional coordination and is designed for someone who can quickly learn complex financial processes and apply that knowledge to resolve client issues and improve outcomes.
The role involves serving as a key point of contact for clients managing and resolving complex issues supporting operational and service changes and contributing to initiatives that improve how we deliver our products. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in structured fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Problem Solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bank and broker clients owning requests and issues from initial inquiry through resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex client challenges involving products data and operational workflows
- Translate complex or technical concepts into clear actionable communication
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating deep understanding of their business priorities and constraints
- Lead structured client discussions that go beyond status updates to focus on insights risks and opportunities
- Contribute insights and recommendations that improve client outcomes and operational performance
Process Execution & Optimization
- Execute within established operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Identify inefficiencies recurring issues or gaps in workflows and proactively recommend improvements
- Follow established processes while using sound judgment to resolve exceptions and escalate when appropriate
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (product operations technology) and external clients to resolve issues and implement changes
- Coordinate and support the execution of service product and workflow updates from planning through implementation
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders to support successful execution of initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of experience in client service account management fintech or financial services
- Proven ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of financial products and confidently interpret and communicate complex concepts
- Proficiency in Excel Outlook PowerPoint and business tools with the ability to analyze information organize insights and communicate clearly
Compensation Range: The hourly salary range for this position is between $28.00- $30.00 USD.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
