Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Client Support Services Specialist to deliver high-quality support and ensure an exceptional client this role you will act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing guidance on products and services. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.

What Youll Do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email phone and chat
  2. Provide timely accurate and professional responses to client requests and concerns
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience
  4. Maintain and update client records interactions and case details in CRM systems
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  6. Assist clients with onboarding product usage and service-related guidance
  7. Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  8. Track and report support metrics including response times and resolution rates
  9. Ensure adherence to service standards policies and quality benchmarks

What Were Looking For

  1. 25 years of experience in customer support client services or help desk roles
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  5. Proficiency in CRM and support tools (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk Freshdesk)
  6. Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  8. Professional empathetic and customer-focused mindset
