Role Summary

The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting business performance through highquality financial reporting analysis and strategic insight. This role partners closely with Country Finance teams and Management to ensure accurate financial submissions robust forecasting and budgeting and effective decision support across the Group. The position also supports audit processes finance system initiatives and acts as account custodian for the Singapore Corporate Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure the accuracy completeness and quality of monthly actuals forecasts and annual budget submissions from business units

  • Analyze financial and relevant nonfinancial information to generate insights identify risks and opportunities and support business decisionmaking

  • Prepare and consolidate Grouplevel monthly management reports forecasts and annual budget schedules

  • Provide ongoing support guidance and financial advisory to Country Finance teams to strengthen financial discipline and performance

  • Coordinate with and support external auditors during interim and yearend audits including managing audit queries and documentation

  • Support finance system implementation and improvement initiatives including requirement gathering user acceptance testing (UAT) and process enhancement

  • Prepare adhoc financial analysis reports and presentations for Management and senior stakeholders

  • Act as account custodian for the Singapore Corporate Headquarters accounts ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA CPA CA CIMA) are highly advantageous

  • 58 years of relevant experience in FP&A finance business partnering group finance or a similar role preferably in a regional or MNC environment

  • Strong experience in budgeting forecasting consolidation and management reporting

  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial and nonfinancial data and translate insights into clear actionable recommendations

  • Experience working closely with Country Finance teams and crossfunctional stakeholders across multiple geographies

  • Solid exposure to external audit processes including interim and yearend audits

  • Handson experience in finance system implementations or enhancements including requirement definition and UAT

  • Strong accounting knowledge; experience acting as HQ or corporate entity account custodian is an advantage

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and BI tools is a plus

  • Strong communication stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to challenge constructively

  • Detailoriented analytical and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
