Marketing Segment Manager-Business Banking & HSA

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans aligned to product and business unit goals

• Build business cases with clear ROI expectations using past performance and market insights

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities

• Analyze customer and prospect data to uncover insights and optimize targeting strategies

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer-centered campaigns

• Ensure consistent messaging across channels including digital email social and print

• Measure campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

• Innovate new approaches to acquire retain and deepen customer relationships
  

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Finance Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4 years of experience in marketing analytics finance or product roles within banking or financial services

Preferred:

• Masters degree in Marketing Finance Data Analytics or related field

• 2 years of strong analytical experience including forecasting budgeting and data insights

• 2 years of experience understanding market dynamics products and competitive landscape

• 2 years of experience developing marketing strategies and business cases with measurable outcomes
