Job Description:
Gather market information & perform product analyses on assigned products manage product profitability & monitor financial performance. Assists with development execution and tracking of product campaigns by collecting analyzing and reporting on data. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus in-depth knowledge of products a Bachelor degree & 1-3 years related experience.
Senior individual contributor responsible for operational leadership product ownership and crossfunctional coordination across Debit Services and Payments. This role serves as the central point of accountability for escalations select product portfolios marketing readiness and lifecycle activities ensuring timely issue resolution strong governance and clear communication to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalations related to Debit Services and Payments partnering with product managers and crossfunctional teams to rapidly assess route and resolve issues.
- Streamline and formalize escalation management processes maintaining an organized centralized view of all active issues and providing clear consistent status reporting to senior leadership.
- Act as dedicated Product Manager for Reverse Positive Pay (postdeployment) owning ongoing product strategy performance management enhancement prioritization and lifecycle oversight.
- Partner with Digital and product teams to manage the sunset of the Payments and Invoicing product ensuring business clients receive clear timely communications regarding discontinuation timelines and alternative solutions.
- Assess ongoing client invoicing needs and evaluate potential future product opportunities to support Business Banking client workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and readiness activities across Debit Services and Payments coordinating client communications internal launch readiness and crossfunctional alignment.
- Maintain a consolidated view of readiness deliverables track timelines manage dependencies and provide regular progress updates to product and leadership teams to strengthen execution discipline and transparency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex financial products through vendorbased delivery models.
- Strong product management and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive execution across matrixed teams.
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional stakeholders across technology operations risk legal and compliance.
