Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and in-person interactions
Assist clients with policy questions billing inquiries coverage explanations and account updates
Process policy changes endorsements renewals and documentation requests
Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems
Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Stay informed on agency products procedures and insurance guidelines
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems preferred
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Insurance license preferred but not required (training available depending on agency)
