What were looking for:

We need someone with 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software (DevOps security infrastructure or data analytics) who has deep customer-facing experience and can bridge the gap between complex business problems and engineering execution. You should be comfortable operating as the first PM at a 19-person seed-stage company and have a track record of running tailored demos for technical buyers managing post-sale relationships and translating customer needs into actionable engineering briefs. Bonus points if youve built products from scratch or have experience in regulated industries.

What youll do:

  • Design and run customized enterprise demos that win deals - understand customer workflows evaluation criteria and build compelling product presentations (not feature tours)
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of enterprise customer engagements from pre-sales discovery through post-sale expansion
  • Work closely with the CEO CTO engineering team and actuarial consultants to translate customer needs into concrete product requirements and engineer briefs
  • Build prototypes using AI coding tools (Cursor Copilot Claude) to validate ideas and demonstrate solutions quickly
  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise engagements with different timelines stakeholders and technical complexity - nothing drops
  • Identify patterns across customer engagements and bring insights back to the engineering team to inform product roadmap and scalable solutions
  • Own hard product requirements including auth RBAC approval workflows and data governance - bridging the gap between domain specialists and engineers
