Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic Product Analyst who can operate across multiple product teams support Product Owners drive operational excellence and help establish a standardized AI-enabled product management framework. The role combines product operations agile delivery support business analysis analytics and AI-driven workflow optimization. The ideal candidate is a Product Analyst with 5-8 years of experience supporting Agile product teams managing backlogs defining user stories and using data-driven insights to influence product decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong Jira and ServiceNow experience with product operations expertise analytics capabilities and practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve intake prioritization workflow efficiency and product lifecycle management across multiple enterprise product teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain product backlogs.
  • Support Product Owners across multiple product teams.
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze product performance and adoption metrics.
  • Prioritize enhancements and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate intake triage and prioritization processes.
  • Drive consistency across product operating models.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflow improvements.
  • Create dashboards reporting and executive insights.
Required Skills:
  • 5 years of Product Analyst or Product Operations experience.
  • Strong Jira experience.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Backlog management expertise.
  • User story development experience.
  • Product analytics and reporting skills.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Highly Preferred Skills:
  • AI-enabled workflow improvement experience.
  • Vendor Management or Procurement tool experience.
  • Product lifecycle governance experience.
  • Power BI Tableau or SQL.
  • Enterprise technology environment experience.
  • Media entertainment or consulting background.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
