Position Overview
The Talent Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to identify engage and attract high-quality candidates with a strong emphasis on hard-to-fill and niche roles. This role is critical in developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies within a healthcare/hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
Utilize Boolean search techniques LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing platforms to identify talent
Leverage ATS platforms (Taleo preferred) to mine and manage candidate pipelines
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications fit and interest
Present shortlisted candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities as needed
Participate in job fairs networking events and hiring initiatives
Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (required)
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Taleo preferred)
Strong proficiency in Boolean search and online sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
