Position Overview
The Talent Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to identify engage and attract high-quality candidates with a strong emphasis on hard-to-fill and niche roles. This role is critical in developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies within a healthcare/hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
- Utilize Boolean search techniques LinkedIn job boards and other sourcing platforms to identify talent
- Leverage ATS platforms (Taleo preferred) to mine and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications fit and interest
- Present shortlisted candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities as needed
- Participate in job fairs networking events and hiring initiatives
- Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (required)
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Taleo preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search and online sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
Education
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
