Job Summary
Performs coordinates and monitors neuroscience testing to inpatient and outpatient populations. Maintains standards of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AAEM)

- Interview each patient for medical history pertinent to Electrodiagnostic testing.
- Assess each patient utilize care principles in accordance of growth and development and age specific needs.
- Prepare and adjust equipment prior to diagnostic testing appropriate for each patient.
- Implements diagnostic tests and or procedures according to physician orders.
- Communicates to ordering physician completion of diagnostic testing and technician impression for final report.
Requirement description :
- High school diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED
- 1 year of Neurodiagnostic experience - REQUIRED
- NICU EEG experience- Strongly Preferred
- Successful completion of training in performing EEG procedures under the supervision of a qualified technician- REQUIRED
- ABRET- Preferred
