Working within the online education sector you will use many of the same skills developed throughout your recruitment career including sourcing screening conducting introductory conversations managing enquiries and maintaining consistent follow-up.
The role involves following an established client development process communicating with prospective clients and using online platforms to generate and manage enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new enquiries through approved online platforms
- Conducting initial screening and introductory conversations
- Building professional relationships with prospective clients
- Managing enquiry pipelines and follow-up activity
- Identifying individual needs goals and potential alignment
- Maintaining accurate communication and activity records
- Using digital systems and online platforms to manage enquiries
- Following an established communication and client engagement process
- Participating in ongoing training and team development
- Working independently while remaining connected to an established support network

Requirements
- At least eight years of professional work experience
- Experience in talent acquisition recruitment staffing executive search human resources candidate engagement or client relations
- Strong interviewing communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence conducting professional telephone or video conversations
- Experience sourcing and engaging prospective candidates or clients
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain consistent follow-up
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems CRM platforms or other digital tools
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily activity
- Willingness to learn and follow an established process
- Open to transferring existing recruitment skills into a different industry
Previous experience within the online education sector is not required.
