Architectural Technician ArchiCAD

A design-led architecture practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to support a growing pipeline of Class 2 and aged care projects.

The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering technically resolved projects with a clear focus on documentation quality coordination and buildability. Role Overview

This role is suited to an Architectural Technician with 6 years experience who is confident working across delivery-stage projects.

Youll be supporting documentation and coordination across Class 2 and aged care projects working closely with Project Architects and consultants to ensure drawings are accurate coordinated and aligned with project requirements.

Its a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working through detail and contributing to well-executed project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and manage construction documentation packages
Coordinate drawings with consultants and internal teams
Work across ArchiCAD on live projects
Implement mark-ups and revisions accurately
Support delivery through documentation and coordination stages

Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor of Architecture or higher)
6 years experience within an architectural practice
Strong experience across Class 2 and/or aged care projects
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
Solid understanding of Australian codes and standards
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
