We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant)

The incumbent would bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions and support Infor Baan/LN modules tojoin ourApplications Development & Intelligence Automation-CAT IT DivisionBangaloreTeam.

What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Baan/ERP LN Techno-Functional Consultant with 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions and support Infor Baan/LN modules.

• Collaborate with Business Analyst and users to analyze requirements translating & developing them into technical specifications.
• Provide end-to-end support for ERP implementations upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams including IT business analysts and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in data migration system integration and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and
• Stay updated with the latest Infor LN/Baan features best practices and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management initiatives and provide post-implementation support.

What you will have

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systems
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing supply chain finance or related domains.
• Experience in system configuration customization and integration.
• Proficiency in Baan/LN tools scripting and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor LN latest versions and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of SOD and access controls. Experience with Sox controls audits and process walk-throughs.
• A good understanding of application lifecycle management change management and production release mechanisms desired.
• Familiarity with SQL database management and reporting tools.
• Certification in Infor Baan/LN or related modules.
• Experience working in a global or multi-location environment.

Additional Information:

• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST

• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
