- Performance Management System (PMS) Coordination
- Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- HR Documentation & Compliance
Required Skills:
- Strong HR Generalist Experience
- Hands-on experience in Payroll PMS & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Good knowledge of HRMS / ATS Tools
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
