Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 7 years of overall experience and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design functional solutions and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs FRDs user stories and functional documentation.
• Configure and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders developers QA and project teams.
• Support UAT deployments and post-go-live activities.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Product Catalog Pricing Product Rules Quote Management Contracts Renewals and Subscriptions.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred:

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing and ERP integrations is a plus.
