IT Infrastructure Lead

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers networks storage systems and endpoint devices.

Ensure high availability performance reliability and security of all IT systems and infrastructure components.

Monitor system health perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.

Implement and enforce IT security standards patch management processes and vulnerability remediation activities.

Manage network infrastructure including firewalls switches routers VPNs wireless networks and internet connectivity.

Administer Windows and Linux server environments and virtualization platforms.

Manage and support cloud infrastructure environments (AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform).

Plan and execute infrastructure projects including system upgrades migrations capacity expansion and new deployments.

Develop and maintain backup disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement implementation and support activities.

Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure architecture configurations SOPs and operational procedures.

Support IT governance audits compliance requirements and security assessments.

Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to IT support and infrastructure teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and recommend infrastructure solutions.

Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
