P-Director of Rehab

Job Description:

Position: Director of Rehab

Location: Tulsa OK

Salary: PTA/COTA: $30-$36 PT/OT: $40-$46

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday no weekend rotation

Restrictions: New graduates will not be considered

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team in Tulsa OK. As the Director of Rehab you will oversee the rehabilitation department and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the rehabilitation department

- Develop and implement therapy programs to meet the needs of our patients

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies

- Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development for therapy staff

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Participate in budget planning and management for the rehabilitation department

- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for therapy staff

- Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SNF/CCRC setting

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred

- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
