We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Finance Process & Business Analyst) tojoin ourApplications Development & Intelligence Automation-CAT IT DivisionBangaloreTeam.
This Incumbent would play a key role in delivering effective and scalable finance process solutions across ERP implementations upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
The preference for this role is to be based out ofBangalorePSN Office KA-India
What you will do
Finance Process & Business Analyst : This role plays a key role in delivering effective and scalable finance process solutions across ERP implementations upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Level Extensive Experience:
- Translate business requirements into functional designs configurations and process documentation within Infor LN.
- Analyze currentstate (asis) finance processes and define optimized futurestate (tobe) processes leveraging Infor LN capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization automation and efficiency improvements across finance operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial close reconciliations reporting and controls.
- Assisting in the development testing and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings preparing technical documentation and recommending upgrades.
- Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
- Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
- Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests preparing reports and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
What you will have
- 5-7 years of years of experience
- MBA in Finance / Accounting
- CPA or CFA relevant certificate
Additional Information:
Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST
This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Facilitates in application design reviews and walkthroughs.
Creates and evaluates technical alternatives for complex applications.
Interprets application services such as API; integrates them with technical design.
Develops various distinct and multiple technical application designs.
Prepares technical design documents and blueprints for applications.
Explores and evaluates application design considerations for multiple technologies.
Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).
