Lets start with the role:

Our Global Learning & Development team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end employee experience for more than 2800 employees across all locations bringing together Employee Experience Learning and Talent Development to drive engagement growth and capability building across the organization.

• Manage the full lifecycle of the talent development programs & engagement initiatives including vendor and contract management planning delivery evaluation reporting and budget monitoring;
• Prepare monitor and analyze L&D metrics satisfaction progress attendance rate using data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate impact to stakeholders;
• Coordinate end-to-end invoice processes from invoice intake and PO creation to invoice settlement filing and reporting;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant aligned with business outcomes and effectively support employee growth and engagement;
• Support the team in creating high-quality program materials (presentations reports templates and documentation) ensuring consistency clarity and strong visual communication across initiatives;
• Bring fresh innovative practices into the organization by staying up to date with industry trends in learning & development;

What youll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development with proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful talent development and employee experience programs;
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action;
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution end-to-end;
• A collaborative team-oriented approach with a can-do attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• High empathy and interpersonal awareness understanding that people are at the heart of every decision;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
