Leads coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

作为临床解决方案团队负责制定并执行基于疾病诊疗Disease-based的医学影像临床市场战略深挖临床价值将领先的影像技术转化为解决临床痛点的方案并通过学术生态圈的建设与跨部门协作提升公司在核心疾病领域如心脏肿瘤神经等的行业领导地位

Essential Responsibilities

关注疾病研究探索疾病诊疗和发展前沿的方向对规范化诊治有清晰的理解了解和收集基于疾病诊疗的临床需求和痛点将公司的产品和临床解决方案有效结合制定基于疾病诊疗Disease-based的临床解决方案及产品价值主张
能够与KOL及内部Modality产品部同频对话协同挖掘各病种如心脏肿瘤神经等的临床价值
与临床医学学会建立联系搭建学术共识与生态圈保持与国际学术界的沟通
搭建学术共识圈为前线销售编写基于临床经验Clinical-based的培训教材将复杂的临床技术语言转化为通俗易懂的语言并为销售团队提供培训赋能
协调并整合内外部资源打造行业标杆案例

Qualifications/Requirements

医学教育与专业背景临床医学优先
具备临床医学从业经验或丰富的临床市场经验
卓越的学习能力能快速吸收和融会贯通各产品知识和复杂的医学前沿信息
优秀的沟通能力含英语沟通对内对外有良好的沟通
具备卫生经济学教育背景或相关工作经验者优先
