Requires expert experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) Adobe Captivate and Camtasia to build visually polished interactive eLearning modules and digitized presentations.
Healthcare domain & claims process knowledge Must have a healthcare industry background with hands-on experience developing training on Healthcare Claims Enrollment (standard forms 2809/2810) Claims Insurance and tool-based learning materials.
Design complete instructor-led training sessions (including virtual ILT) develop supporting materials (outlines facilitator guides slide decks) and facilitate sessions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
