The Opportunity
KBR is seeking to grow their workforce and looking for expressions of interest for a Requirements Manager you will lead requirements engineering activities across delivery support ensuring traceability from definition through to verification and assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements analysis definition decomposition and traceability
- Maintain requirements baseline and prevent scope misalignment
- Develop traceability matrices and V&V mapping
- Support compliance certification and assurance activities
- Manage change decision logs and stakeholder coordination
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering discipline (INCOSE highly desirable)
- Strong experience in defence systems & requirements engineering
- Familiarity with V&V assurance and certification frameworks
- Experience managing complex requirement sets and traceability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
