The Opportunity

KBR is seeking to grow their workforce and looking for expressions of interest for a Requirements Manager you will lead requirements engineering activities across delivery support ensuring traceability from definition through to verification and assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements analysis definition decomposition and traceability
• Maintain requirements baseline and prevent scope misalignment
• Develop traceability matrices and V&V mapping
• Support compliance certification and assurance activities
• Manage change decision logs and stakeholder coordination

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering discipline (INCOSE highly desirable)
• Strong experience in defence systems & requirements engineering
• Familiarity with V&V assurance and certification frameworks
• Experience managing complex requirement sets and traceability
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
