Senior Manager-Bus Intel

Performs program reporting advanced visualization and advanced data analytics with the goal of enabling data-driven insights and conveying them in a decisive call to action. Tailors the messaging of these insights to all stakeholders to drive desired outcomes for the business. Leads and develops a team of data analysts reporting analysts advanced modelers and domain-knowledge experts in building a digital culture one that uses tools to wield the data and create value in as-yet unimagined ways.

Designing and managing activities that allow the company to continue delivering value. These activities typically consist of managing the operations process inspecting for quality and maintaining and transporting materials.

Responsible for developing tools and/or analyses used to interpret large volumes of transactional or other forms of data.

Uses business data and statistical methods to analyze complex business problems. Provides consultative insight into business performance where needed and suggests areas and methods of improving operations to the business. Constructs dashboard forecasts recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Implements and oversee analytical approaches and methodologies.

• Create the vision for evolving existing analytical tools and building new ones that converge both fiber footprints into a single universal way of looking at Verizon.

• Lead engagements with key business stakeholders in business strategies and opportunities with a focus on driving measurable value via innovative technical solutions to business problems.

• Integrate multiple data sources and software tools with business line specific decision support and data analysis.

• Engage with experienced teams to clearly define the business objectives and success measures of a program.

• Develop rigorous requirements and definitions for KPIs metrics and attributes accounting for end-user needs granularity edge cases holdout measurement and future extensibility.

• Make recommendations regarding the hiring firing advancement performance promotion or any other change of status of team members. Assess employee performance hold employees accountable take appropriate corrective actions and train and provide ongoing direction and feedback to team members.
