Roles and Responsibilities

• Leverage marketing systems and tools to the best possible extent and drive industry best practices for B2B enterprise marketing automation technology innovations.
• Align with members of Marketing Ops IT and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the worldwide marketing automation business systems.
• Be the subject matter expert for marketing automation teams aiding usage troubleshooting configuration and enablement.
• Work closely with marketing product management and other teams marketing stakeholders and international counterparts to deliver solutions that can scale globally.
• Supports configures tests and troubleshootsapplications and tools that enable marketing automation lead management functions and related business processes.
• Work with the integration teams to design and develop interfaces/integration to and from related internal and external systems.
• Emphasizeon Business Process Improvement and Automation of key marketing/sales and crossfunctional processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of related business analyst marketing automation applications preferably Marketo and integration experience including cross-functional processes. SalesForce administrator experience is a plus.
• CRM certifications with Marketo & Salesforce (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of data hygiene and analytics
• Exposure to marketing lifecycle and demand generation concepts and related processes including marketing resource management outbound marketing activity management lead scoring lead nurture and opportunity management.
• Governance experience with large marketing automation digital communication CRM or similar platforms
