Job Summary

Job overview and responsibilities
Design develop and validate/test GRC workflows within ServiceNow IRM
modules to meet functional requirements from stakeholders
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues in
ServiceNow IRM
Support ServiceNow IRM platform updates and operations
Develop documentation and training materials to support the GRC functional
teams using ServiceNow IRM
Develop Integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable
automated evidence collection and risk analysis
Ensure ServiceNow IRM compliance with security requirements and industry
standards
4 years of experience in secure application development.
3 years of hands-on experience implementing business processes in ServiceNow
3 years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow.
Expert in JavaScript AngularJS and API integration
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and drive for solution
implementation.
Ability to work independently and self-motivate
Working knowledge of security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53 SSDF
ISO 27001 PCI DSS and OWASP
Excellent team player engaging and proactively identify opportunities to improve
process and drive for delivery


4 years of experience in secure application development or vulnerability
remediation
4 years of hands-on experience implementing business processes in
ServiceNow
4 years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and
Compliance)
CISSP CSSLP CTPRP CISM or CRISC
