- 1 x Fixed term full-appointment (to March 2027)
- 1 x Fixed term part-time appointment (12 months 28 hours per week)
- Level 5: $84002 - $94998 pro rata 17% superannuation

About the role
In this role you will provide essential coordination advice and administrative support across course and subject portfolio processes contributing to the effective delivery of both award and lifelong learning offerings. You will maintain accurate data across systems support course and subject approvals and reviews assist with governance and committee processes and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with academic and professional stakeholders youll help ensure compliance streamline operations and support informed decision-making across the course portfolio.
About you
You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and experience working with data systems reporting and administrative processes. You bring excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills the ability to prioritise competing tasks and confidence working both independently and collaboratively. Experience in higher education or course administration along with an understanding of policies and governance processes will see you succeed in this role.
