About the role:
We areseeking a senior portfolio leader to drive enterprise-wide portfolio governance oversight and optimisation across the Corporate Plan.
AsManager Portfolio Managementyou will lead the discipline that ensures strategy is effectively translated into delivery. You will set and embed governance standards lead key forums and drive prioritisation and sequencing decisions to maximise value anddelivery across Executives PMOs Finance and delivery teams you will providecleardecisionreadyinsightsmaintainalignmentto strategic intent and proactively manage risks interdependencies and delivery constraints. You will also support enterprise P3 standards anduseperformancedata to enable informed decisions and sustained delivery momentum across the organisation.

What the role will involve:
- Lead enterprise portfoliomanagementfor the Corporate Plan by owning portfolio governance setting standards and directing interventions that keep delivery aligned to strategy and value
- Ensure sustained alignment with Corporate Strategy through proactive oversight interdependency management and optimisation of sequencing and resourcing
- Drive portfolio performance to maximise value delivery by embedding governance discipline enabling informed executive decision-making and implementing continuous improvement practices thatenhance deliveryefficiency benefits realisation and organisational capability
- Translate complex portfolio information into clear decisions directives and prioritisation options for Executives and Boards
- Optimise portfolio performance by recommending improvements to sequencing resourcing and governance discipline
- Proactively shape and develophigh-quality business cases and associated decision artefacts
- Deliverandmaintainhigh-quality performance datathat drivesa single enterprise-wide view of portfolio health and performance
- Drive benefitsrealisationand value optimisation intervening to address gaps and improve outcomes
- Build and lead ahighperformingportfoliomanagementteam and strengthen enterprise portfolio management capability
Key skills and experience:
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (Business Science Engineering)
- Extensiveexperience leading and delivering complex transformation portfoliosSubstantialexperience leading large-scale enterprise-wide transformation change and multi-disciplinary programs
- Substantial experience in applyingright-sizedmethodologies(including agile and waterfall)and governanceacrossportfoliosprogramsand projects
- Substantial experience in transformational strategic planning
- Proven ability to translate complex ambiguous environments into clear actionable insightsforexecutivedecisionmaking
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and interdependencies
- Demonstrated leadership ofhighperformingteams within complex organisational environments
- Excellent communication stakeholderengagementand influencing skills with confidenceoperatingat Executive level and driving outcomes that maximise organisational value and delivery performance
